Great Time at Port Dickson + Fruitful Matta Fair

We went to Legend Int'l Water Homes at Port Dickson on 6 August (Sat). My sister booked the room during the March matta fair. The room comes with a swimming pool. Altho the pool is not very big but it's big enough for the 3 musketeers to play in it.

Who are the 3 musketeers? Well, they are my sis, my girl & me :D There's a little frog (decorative item) by the side of the pool & water was shooting out of its mouth. We were trying to act pro in handling the camera. So, we tried to take photos as if we were drinking water coming out fr the frog's mouth. There were 2 floats provided too. I was so afraid to wet myself but could not resist to try sitting on to the float like my girl. In the end, I could not balance myself on the float & SPLASH.....my whole body was in the pool. We really laughed a lot & really had a great time.

We also tried the fun ride over there. It's not really that great but it's a good experience. Sorry that I can't post the photos.

Because we had so much fun, think it would only be right if we take our parents together the next time. So, we went to the recent matta fair last weekend & we have bought 2 holidays - one in Bukit Gambang & the other one in PD (the same hotel). The Legend Int'l Water Homes has changed management & it's known as Lexis Port Dickson. I prefer the former name.

Concert Nite

Went to Michelle's concert at the Legend Hotel last nite. It was a black tie event. Everybody was so formal & dress to their best. Do not intend to post pictures here as my girl will post it on her fb.

When I saw the girls dancing on the stage, my heart was telling me how nice if my girl was also up there. Altho technique wise, this dance school is not perfect but the students learning from this school have the chance of performing which builds up the dancers' confidence & most importantly the expressions.

My girl has so many talents & one of them is dancing. Her ballet school is famous on training professional dancers & people who want to go for SOLO competition. That's why my girl's ballet technique is good but she is very lazy to work out on her flexibility. Her jumps too (she looks so heavy when she jumps). Her latin is good but she quit few yrs ago due to her shyness. She doesn't want to show off her talent & neither does she have the intention of making a career out of her talents. What can I say? It's her life.

Feeling Wonderful :D

Never thought that this world still has so many nice, warm & wonderful people. My neighbours read my status on the facebook, took me to a workshop this morning to repair my car. The boss's opinion was that  I don't have to change the rear light (still good condition, just a little crack), he'll patch for me. Repair & painting works in all cost me only RM250 which is about 12% of the cost that Toyota Service Centre quoted me.

My burden has been lifted by so much. Thanks to the wonderful and helpful people around me. I am beginning to feel very strong faith and believe my prayer will always be answered by Niang Niang.

Heart Broken

My gosh, I banged my car while reversing at our car park. What an idiot.

I had to send girl to meet up her friends to do a project. It was late to pick up the children from the van driver. So, I rushed like mad to park my car & never saw the pillar right on my right side. When the sensor detected it, it was too late. The rear light cracked, the bumper dented as well as the boot. Went to Toyata Service Centre to find out the price. It costs me a bomb - RM2100++. There goes my year end holidays. Have to really stinge on my expenses for a few months.

My girl is right. Why was I so stupid to rush for the van driver? Everything happens for a reason & I believe in the Doctrine of Karma.

Boring yet Happy

On Father's Day, we didn't have things to do. Looking at my girl, so bored, I should plan something. So, we decided to go shopping. Where? Midvalley or IOI mall? At last, we decided to go IOI bcos we do not wish to go out so early. After 11am, pls do not ask me to go Midvalley, parking is a problem. The IOI new wing , we have not shopped there before. Perhaps we could find nice restaurants there. But there's not much to choose.

Well, we had good harvest there. Girl & I bought a few pair of jeans & shorts. She also bought a bag to put her notebook - that's Father's Day sale, going cheap cheap.

After the shopping, we went to makan at the Cone Pizza. We went there an hour before kakak buka puasa. So much time, what should we do? Well, girl did her work using her notebook while kakak & I chat till time to eat.

That goes our day. Although it sounded bored but we are happy :P

An Eventful Weekend!!

Last Saturday, June 11 was a hectic day for me. Received call fr dad to take my brother to see doctor bcos his legs were swollen & couldn't walk conveniently. I had to teach in the morning & off only at 12.30pm. Then rush to pick up my girl who was having girl guide's camp before going to Ampang to pick up my brother. Luckily I called before going there as my parents have took him to the clinic. So, I saved a trip & relax at home.

In the evening, me & girl went to watch Magical Musicals at Sunway Lagoon which started at 7pm. My niece was supposed to come with us but her parents, like usual, always not on time made her miss the show. They were still in Subang when I called them at 6.50pm. I'm not going to miss the show bcos of them. Notice already given 2 days ago, one should keep track of the time.

Girl was really tired that day. Had been sleeping about 1am for the past 2 nites at the camp. She knocked out when we reached home. Went to search for her notebook at Sunway Pyramid but couldn't find a best price notebook. Think we have found one near our place. Hopefully we make the wise choice cos both of us are computer dummies, ha ha.

Celebrated Father's Day at my borther's place the next day ie June 12. Yes, an early celebration bcos we are not free the coming week - going for holidays. Wow, the first thing attracted us was the iMac.

Emotional Day!!

Yesterday was a very emotional day. In the morning go a call fr girl's friend. That particular call drove me up the wall. Don't really want to talk much about it. Because of the friend, I gave girl a hard time & harsh words too.

When girl has gone to her camp & I've settled down, time to relax & go to facebook. There I read her post & emotions really hit me. Another hit was at night when it's time to go to bed. Just couldn't sleep thinking of her.

My my, how am I going to handle when she really goes out of the country to further her studies? Guess I'll get used to it. This time, I must not let emotions get to me & make wrong decision. If I wasn't too emotional, I would have been working in S'pore & perhaps all the bad things would not happen or perhaps it's worst. Whatever it is, I believe everything happens for a reason.

I believe in the doctrine of karma, so I don't blame others for what have happened.
